Common Questions
Is there a demo available of Greenleaf ONE?
Want to kick the tires? We get it. Check out this demo of Greenleaf ONE, but please do note that certain features within both CiviCRM and WordPress are disabled for security reasons. We’re also happy to jump on a call and discuss if Greenleaf ONE is a good fit for you. Or chat us up in the chat button on the right.
What is your cancellation policy?
Users of Greenleaf ONE can cancel within 90 days and receive a full refund, no questions asked. Outside of the 30 day window, nonprofits can cancel anytime.
What limitations are there on WordPress?
Similar to our support for CiviCRM, Greenleaf ONE places no restrictions on your use of WordPress. Enjoy unlimited posts, pages and users, as well as support for custom fields and post types. The sky is the limit!
What limitations are there on CiviCRM?
Geenleaf ONE has no restrictions, supporting unlimited donations, memberships, contributions, events, activities, contacts and more. We do limit which extensions are installed and supported as these can affect the performance and stability of the system.
What features in CiviCRM does Greenleaf ONE support?
Greenleaf ONE is CRM software for nonprofits that are serious about growing the impact and efficiencies. To achieve this, Greenleaf ONE supports nearly all features within CiviCRM including contact management, event management, case management, membership management, CiviRules, SMS messaging, mass email and more.
Can we bring our website over to Greenleaf ONE?
When you subscribe, we’ll spin up a brand new instance of Greenleaf ONE that includes all supported extensions. While you can import data and content, Greenleaf ONE does not support all themes or WordPress plugins. In most cases where you want to use your existing website, you’ll either need to copy over the content or import it and redesign it using Greenleaf ONE’s default page builder.
Can we migrate off of CiviCRM Spark?
CiviCRM Spark is an amazing entry-level offering into CRMs and into CiviCRM specifically. That said, it does have its limitations! For Spark users that want to continue using CiviCRM but that need a bit more power, you’re in luck. We can help transition you off of CiviCRM Spark and on to Greenleaf ONE efficiently.
